This is a scheduled rant because sometimes I just need to.
I have spoken with Obama supporters of all types since early 2008. White, black, male, female, blue collar, not blue collar, you name it.
These people are freaking clueless. Just trying to carry on an adult conversation with an Obama supporter is like trying to teach a baby how to walk. They just don't understand anything.
These people have absolutely no idea who Eric Holder is. They don't know who Steven Chu is. They don't know who Nancy Pelosi is. Some of them don't even know what Joe Biden's title is. (that's VICE PRESIDENT for any Obama lovers reading this...)

What they do know beyond a shadow of a doubt is that anyone who doesn't like Obama hates black people, hates women, and hates gay people. They also seem to know all about a kid named Trayvon Martin and a WHITE-hispanic named George Zimmerman, but they can't tell you a single thing about Solyndra or Operation Fast and Furious or US military involvement in Libya.
"Solyndra? Is that some sort of new planet?"
"Fast and Furious? I loved that movie!"
"Who is Gaddafi?"
Other things they can tell you: We need change. Hope is good. Rich people are evil. Everything is Bush's fault. And my favorite defense line when an Obamabot gets cornered with unbeatable logic:
"Quit watching Fox News!"
I swear, these people have to be the dumbest, most uninformed voting bloc in the United States. They are like a bunch of immature children whose brains haven't fully developed yet. And, though they consistently tout themselves as the champions of tolerance and open-mindedness, they are some of the most close minded, intolerant people I have ever come across. Simply question their cult leader's actions or positions and they'll counter with no facts but an emotionally driven response. It reminds of when two kids are fighting and one says something to the other and the other counters with, "Yeah! So!??" This is how Obama supporters debate. They can't come up with any coherent argument for Obama, other than that everything imaginable is and always will be Bush's fault and that Obama is "hip" and "cool" and man is he a good singer!
So what's the point of even arguing with these people? I really don't know. Sometimes it is just too hard to resist when overhearing a political discussion gone awry down the trail of left wing idiocy. I try to avoid discussion with these people at all anymore.
