The following video was released from a closed door Mitt Romney fundraiser.

“There are 47% of the people who will vote for the president no matter what. All right, there are 47% who are with him, who are dependent upon government, who believe that they are victims, who believe the government has a responsibility to care of them, who believe that they are entitled to healthcare, to food, to housing, to you name it,” Romney said in a videotaped speech to donors that was given to the news organization Mother Jones, which posted it online Monday.

“That’s an entitlement,” Romney said. “And the government should give it to them. And they will vote for this president no matter what. … These are people who pay no income tax.”

"And so my job is to not worry about those people. I'll never convince them they should take personal responsibility for their lives. What I have to do is convince the 5 to 10 percent in the center that are independents."

This is refreshing and bold. The liberals will jump all over this as evidence of Romney's impending doom. I look at this as a big plus. Why? Because he's absolutely right! Obama won't receive less than 47% of the popular vote. Despite some naive predictions from some on the right, Romney won't and can't win in a landslide, precisely because of the things he outlined. 

This video offers a rare glimpse into the real Mitt Romney, free from the constraints of scripted stump speeches and press appearances. What he said will resonate loudly with those who do pay taxes and those who place personal responsibility over government dependence. Those are the exact kind of voters that will end up going with Romney, and the more this video circulates, the more independents will sway in his direction. What is fantastic is that the Obama loving media will circulate the video for us in an attempt to frame another Mitt Romney "gaffe". The downside is that not many people will see it if only the liberal networks run it.

But what is more telling is the fact the lefty media decided to release this video now. The video was taken earlier this year, meaning the lefty Obama palace guards have been sitting on it for a while, waiting for just the right time to release it. They released this video now because Obama's foreign policy has gone up in flames in the Middle East in the past week. The Libyan government claims they gave the Obama administration a clear warning about a possible attack in Benghazi three days prior. The Obama administration's foreign policy reputation is sinking faster than the Titanic, which is precisely why the media decided to release this "bombshell" Romney video to distract the public.
