Info Post
Over the weekend the FBI moved in against an anti-government militia group in a series of coordinated raids across the Midwest.

The militia in Big Sis Janet's crosshairs was called Hutaree, a so called "Christian" organization of 12 survivalist types, intent on doing battle with the anti-Christ when he arrives. Believe it or not, I stumbled upon the Hutaree website and Youtube channel last year and even emailed a member to see what they were all about. It's not often you see a video on Youtube of a bunch of civilian Commando types doing military style operations in wooded acreage. Whoever it was I talked to seemed sincere about what they were doing. I never would have suspected such far out intentions as the FBI has just released, which include killing police officers and sparking a war against the Federal government.

Perhaps the accusations are true. Perhaps they aren't. All I know is this. This story of the Hutaree militia will be used as left wing ammo for years to come against anyone who is anti big government, especially you Tea Partiers. You and the Hutaree share a mutual disdain for oppressive, tyrannical government, therefore you are a radical right wing extremist capable of killing police officers. Sort of like us saying anyone who voted for Obama is equal to this guy:

We all know not everyone who has voted Democrat is a Communist or even a Socialist. That's common sense. But alas, common sense does not exist on the left side of the political spectrum. To a liberal, the Hutaree are a perfect example of the evangelical Christian right wing. Because every center right American, and every Tea Partier, is a toothless, gun totin' Bible thumper. Riiiiiiight? To them, the survivalist 2nd Amendment trumpeting types are all threats to the government, or potential threats anyway. To them, militia groups are nothing but bands of intellectually inferior gun nuts, who get in the way of their progressive agenda.

Which is why it is my belief, that this dismantling of the Hutaree will be a catalyst for an Obama/Pelosi/Reid lead charge on banning assault weapons from the American public, and perhaps handguns while they're at it. You may not have known, but it was Barack Obama who adamantly supported a universal handgun ban in my home state of Illinois.

The radical Hutaree militia will be chewed up and regurgitated by the left without mercy. If you are a Tea Partier, get ready for an onslaught of baseless leftist accusations that you are inherently violent. Violence will replace, or just compliment, racism in the liberals' empty arsenal against the Tea Party movement. Not only are we bigots for opposing a radical socialist agenda, but now we are also potential domestic terrorists for sharing a disgust for the government along with the Hutaree. Mark my words.

Another thing I'd like to point out is the outright glee the media has shown in their coverage of the raids. Boy they sure love using the word "Christian" don't they?

There are plenty more out there but you get the point. The dying mainstream media has had a hayday reporting on this so called "Christian" group. No hesitation whatsoever in mentioning the word "Christian". Yet, during the week long coverage of the massacre at Fort Hood last November, we heard every word to describe Nidal Malik Hassan (gunman, shooter, assailant, attacker, psychiatrist, Major, etc) EXCEPT Muslim. Hell, we didn't even hear the word 'terrorist'! Yes, I'm sure his Islamic faith had nothing to do with his attack. Wait, wasn't he standing atop a table yelling "Allahu Akbar" while blazing away? Apparently the geniuses at MSNBC and CNN, educated in the ways of liberal tolerance and cultural sensitivity at whichever school of journalism (leftist indoctrination camp) they went to, were unable to connect the dots, or just didn't want to try.

Yet with this story, the media has gone gaga over an alleged CHRISTIAN group being thrust into the national spotlight. They are going to milk it for all its got, because offending Christians, specifically heterosexual, Christian white males who vote Republican, is something not to be worried about.

Also, if you are a conservative blogger, or affiliated with the Tea Parties in any way, you can bet Janet Naplitano, the incompetent hag running the Department of Homeland Tyrann-- I mean Security, is watching you. Heck, she's probably looking at me through my computer screen right now. Just like she said American soldiers returning home from the theaters in Iraq and Afghanistan pose a threat to American national security because they are likely to get involved in the militia movement, you are also a threat to national security for opposing big government. Her priorities are skewed.

Does the militia movement pose a threat to American national security or Federal government national security? There is a difference.

Bear in mind, I am in no way defending the actions or intentions of the Hutaree. What I am saying is that the militia movement in general is a good thing, and unfortunately this event with the Hutaree will serve as liberal firepower against it in its entirety.

No bother. If the Founding Fathers were here today they would back those in the militia movement. They would back those in the Tea Parties. And they would be calling for the heads of those currently "serving" in our government.

That in itself should be an encouragement.
